When you sign in to our survey app, we collect the following information:
- Name: This helps us personalize your experience and address you appropriately within the app.
- Email: We collect your email address to communicate with you regarding your account, surveys, and important updates.
- Organization Name: If applicable, we collect the name of your organization to create an organization account. This allows you to manage multiple users and surveys in one dashboard efficiently.
During surveys, we only collect GPS location data of responses if you allow GPS location access on your device. This information is collected to provide location-specific insights and is solely used for the purpose of the survey.
Deleting Your Data
We understand the importance of data privacy and offer options for users to manage and delete their data. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Delete User Account Information:
If you wish to completely remove your account from our system, including all associated data, please visit this link and fill out the form to request data deletion. Your request will be processed within 3 days, and all your data will be permanently deleted.
2. Delete Account Data Without Deleting Your Account
If you prefer to retain your account but want to remove specific data associated with it, such as your name, email, or organization name, please visit this link and fill out the form to request data deletion. Your request will be processed within 3 days.
3. Delete Survey Data:
If you want to remove data associated with a specific survey, you can do so by following the steps below:-
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Select “My Posts.”
- Choose the survey for which you want to delete responses.
- Go to the survey settings.
- Scroll to the “Danger Zone” section.
- Select “Delete Responses” to remove the survey responses permanently.
