Bluetooth transfer history

Overview:

The Logs Subsection keeps track of all import and export activities related to survey responses shared via Bluetooth on the Sabasi mobile app. It provides a detailed history of responses that have been transferred between devices, whether they were received or sent, and the status of the transaction.

How it Works:

  1. The logs automatically capture all Bluetooth transfers (both incoming and outgoing).
  2. Each transfer is organized under the relevant survey title and grouped by responses.
  3. For every response, the log records the specific details of the transfer, including the device and user involved in the transfer.
  4. Logs are maintained indefinitely and cannot be deleted by users.

Key Features:

  • Tracks All Transfers: Each log shows detailed information on both imports and exports.
  • Device and User Information: The log records the device that sent or received the response and the associated user.
  • Transfer Status: Displays the success of the import/export and includes a timestamp for each transfer.
  • Grouped by Survey Title: Responses are grouped under the relevant survey for easier navigation.
  • Permanent Logs: The logs cannot be deleted and remain stored on the device unless the app data/cache is cleared.

Tips:

  • Regularly check the Logs Subsection to ensure that all transfers have been successful.
  • Use the logs to verify that responses have been properly exported or imported between devices.
  • If troubleshooting issues with Bluetooth transfers, refer to the logs to check which devices were involved and if the transfer succeeded.
