Overview
The Dashboard Overview in the Sabasi Admin Panel provides a snapshot of all key activities within the organization. It is designed to give administrators a quick and detailed view of survey performance, user activity, and general organizational data. Here’s a breakdown of what the Dashboard Overview includes:
Key Metrics
- Users: Displays the total number of users within the organization. You can click on “View Users” to see more detailed user information.
- Total Surveys: Shows the total number of surveys created across the organization, including both public and private surveys.
- Active Surveys: Indicates the number of surveys that are currently active and open for responses.
Recent Activity
This section provides real-time updates on recent activities within the system, such as:
- Surveys that have been updated recently (including when they were last modified).
- Survey status, whether they are Active or Draft.
- The number of Responses each survey has received.
- The total number of Questions in each survey.
- The Visibility of each survey (whether it’s public or private).
Top 5 Best Performing Surveys
A list of the top-performing surveys in terms of responses, displaying:
- The name of the survey.
- The total number of responses received.
Top 5 Most Viewed Surveys
This list shows the surveys with the highest number of views, offering insight into the most popular or accessed surveys:
- The name of the survey.
- The total number of views.
Tips for Admins
- Stay Informed: Regularly check the Recent Activity and Top Surveys to monitor how surveys are performing.
- Track Engagement: Use the Top 5 Best Performing and Most Viewed Surveys to identify trends and popular surveys, which could provide insight into what topics or formats are engaging respondents.
- Respond to Updates: Surveys in Draft status may require action, either publishing or finalizing questions.

Can I filter recent activity to see specific surveys or date ranges?
Currently, the overview shows the most recent activities by default, but filters may be available for detailed reports under the Reports section.
Why are some surveys listed as drafts?
Draft surveys are surveys that have not been published yet. They are visible to the survey creator for finalization before making them live.
