Survey Creator – Left panel – JSON Mode
When you are creating a new question, you can choose from a number of question types:

Clicking on Add a Question will open up a side panel that will allow you to specify the following information:
Survey Creator – Left panel – Designer Tab
After you have created your survey, you will be redirected to the Edit Form screen. This view allows you to build your survey form.
Create a new survey
To create a new survey, click on the ‘New’ button found on the top navigation bar (dark blue in colour)
Viewing My surveys
Under my post, you can view all the surveys you have created. Surveys are arranged in descending order (most recent first).
